I've finally managed to finish up the code for submitting reviews. Visitors who are registered on the forums can post reviews on any utility listed on the site. The old code had references in it that were no longer valid but it's all fixed now.
Originally you had to click on an extra link to view comments, if any for a utility. I've changed it now to where if there are any they'll show up when you are viewing a programs details - saves a click. Submitted reviews have to be approved before they'll show up but I'm guessing no more than an 18-24 hr delay there.
